Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of entropex.io (the “site”), which is operated by Entropex LLC (“Entropex,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational use only
The site is an informational marketing presence describing the services offered by Entropex. It does not constitute an offer to perform services, a contract, or professional advice of any kind. No client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is formed by visiting the site, reading its content, or sending an unsolicited email to addresses listed on it.
Engagement of Entropex for any service requires a separate, signed written agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, fees, and other terms specific to that engagement.

Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, the Entropex wordmark and sigma mark, the visual identity system, page layout, and source code, is the property of Entropex LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission, except that brief excerpts may be quoted for commentary, news reporting, or similar fair-use purposes with attribution.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any related systems
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization from Entropex

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entropex LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Entropex's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00 USD).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entropex LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site is the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised terms at this URL. Material changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
